St. Paul, Minnesota (October 1, 2024) – Certified public accounting firm Redpath and Company (Redpath) has promoted Sarah Gengenbach to partner and Teri Grahn, Dustin Hultman, and Jeremy Miller to director, effective October 1, 2024.
Sarah Gengenbach, CPA, is the Chief Operating Officer at Redpath. She holds a position on the firm’s leadership team and is involved in a wide range of functional areas including management, administration, technology, marketing, human resources, and finance. Prior to her COO role, Sarah led the human resources and recruiting departments. She is also a former client manager, member of the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) industry team, and ESOP advisor. Sarah has been with Redpath since 2000.
Teri Grahn, CMI, leads the sales and use tax service area at Redpath. She educates clients with regard to multi-state compliance and helps them review internal records, processes, and procedures. Teri conducts nexus reviews and research regarding the taxability of products and services to help clients navigate the unknowns of entering new states and tax jurisdictions. Prior to joining Redpath in 2003, Teri performed sales and use tax audits for the MN Department of Revenue.
Dustin Hultman, CPA, leads the tax services service area for the construction, real estate, and engineering industry team at Redpath. He assists clients with business tax planning, implementation of accounting standards, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and other accounting services. Dustin has provided public accounting services since 2012 and joined Redpath in 2022.
Jeremy Miller, CPA, is a member of the transaction advisory services team at Redpath. He has supported clients on over 250 due diligence projects in a variety of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, construction, life sciences, and consumer and industrial products. Jeremy helps identify key industry and deal risks through quality of earnings and revenue, net working capital, and debt and debt-like analyses for private equity and corporate clients. He has provided public accounting services since 2012 and joined Redpath in 2020.
